RATES

plus 8% sales and lodging tax

2 night minimum. We accept single night stays within a week of an available date

• 750 sq. ft fully furnished

• Loft sleeping for 4 in two beds: queen and full size

• Heat and A/C

• Kitchen (cooktop, refrigerator, Microwave, toaster oven, Coffee maker, Kettle)

• Wifi

• TV with DVD player (no cable)

• Smoke-free and pet free (service animals will be accommodated)

Policies

• Check in/Check out

Check in time is after 2pm and check out time is by 11am. Unless otherwise negotiated.

• Deposit/Cancellation:

For short stays, we ask for a deposit in the amount of the first night’s stay to hold a reservation.  The deposit will be returned in full if a cancellation is made more than a month before the scheduled date.  Beyond that, return of a deposit will depend on our ability to rebook the canceled dates. 

For stays longer than a week, we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total, refundable if cancellation is made more than a month in advance.  A refund for cancellation less than a month in advance will happen only if we are able to rebook stays of equivalent total value during that time period.
